Went in, the dentist told me my options, I let him know what I wanted done. They scheduled me for that afternoon and I had the procedure completed. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
i loved coming here for ortho, unfortunately i cant say that i do anymore, i hate being this patient. But i am upset they are currently out of an orthodontist and i have been rescheduled 4 times since October this has caused my teeth to shift completely and honestly the inconsistency of scheduling has caused me days off work that are pointless because i was not seen. I'm so upset and i am looking for treatment else where. I hope they get situated soon i recommended a lot of friends here and I'm sad to say that they lost a patient. It doesn't seem like its something that they care about though.
This place is such a mess one cancellation after another. They’re so quick to get your payments but not your needs. I haven’t finished my treatment yet and I’ve been seen by 3 different orthos and now there’s a new one. I’m working and they don’t want to work with your schedule. This is not the only times that I haven’t been seen for almost 4 months. Its been happening most of the time. If I haven’t paid this off I would’ve gone to a different dental office. It’s not your patients fault that you guys don’t have a permanent ortho and is only there once a week and only on Mondays. I’m sure that this company is horrible that’s why their doctors doesn’t stay. There’s no system and they’re very rude.
My experience with this establishment ended at an impase, I had been patron for a few years and had some work done with Dr. Madrigal less than a year ago (bridge). Which ended up cracking and falling out. I came to have it looked at and the Dentist indicated that it had a guarantee it would be replaced, but needed to wait to have the lab make the replacement and to come back in two weeks. Upon my return, I was greeted with a bill for $3,700 for the replacement. I explained that the this was incorrect and the arrangement i had discussed in my previous visit, after a long wait I met the dentist (taken to the far back corner of the building) where he began to explain the reason behind a different material and the reasons why my insurance did not cover it, but in 'good faith' for being a patron would offer a $1,800 discount for the replacement. I asked to receive the same material as the previous procedure, which he adamantly denied, I asked if my previous procedure was guaranteed, he said yes, but then reverted to the reasons needing to purchase this new material. Long story short, he told me to follow the dentist which performed the procedure and ask him for a guarantee because he could only install the new material. Should you decided to do business, be aware you will always need 'additional' funds for any inquiry.
The Dentist themselves are great but the front office is a mess. Arrived for an appointment and when I came in they told me it was cancelled. They realized that they forget to call and let me know (which was irritating because I had gotten work off for this appt). They said they would call me later that day to set up another appt but never got the call. Also, don't waste your money there on wisdom teeth removal. I got my top wisdom teeth removed for $900. I went to a different oral surgeon for the bottom teeth, same insurance, same anesthetic, better customer service for $300.
