DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! there is a reason they have a low rating. we used them because it was the company our home insurance sent out. From the start there were so many red flags. When they arrived we paid them the $75 out of pocket and they looked at the hot water heater and took pics and that was all great. However, Then Bob told my husband he had a few options. We could go thru them and the insurance would cover it or we could just cash out with the insurance and be done and then go buy a new water heater and get it installed. We decided to do the cashout. Bob said they would come up on Thursday May 27th to pick up the water heater, we recieved a text from him and everything. We waited around all day for them to come and nobody showed up. We gave them some grace and called them on Tuesday to ask what happaned. Bob said " Oh our other client out there canceled so we will get yours when we have another job up there." I told him absolutly not I am a customer and you need to give me a date that you will pick it up. So he said fine and said he would be here June 9th. He called me the morning of June 9th to say he he had someone on their way. When the guy showed up he said he needed to collect the $85 for the haul away. Bob NEVER mentioned anything about and $85 haul away. I sent them away. The communication here is so bad and they cannot be trusted. Bob is also very rude. I encourage you to GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Performance Electrical came out to my home through a ticket created by my home warranty company. When creating an appointment I didn't have to wait on hold and spoke to an actual human being that I could easily understand. My issue turned out to be a simple fix and the personnel were very professional. They were on time, answered some general questions I had and were out within the hour.

Total protect insurance used this company to do 2 repairs- water heater and water line leak ? He took $130 copayment instead of $125 and gave a estimate of $890 in addition to what insurance was paying them. The $890 he was taking from me was for all items already there in the house so basically he was fraud charging me. Second was water leak - without doing any investigation, he told the insurance company that water was from slab - it was not - water was from hot line from water heater - water going from water heater down to side of the wall , into coat closet and into living room. I m now disputing this claim without success! Don’t use these company, please don’t
Great service! Great attitude. Jeff is knowledgeable about electrical systems, and very pleasant. The times I called the office to set up and check on the appointment, the staff were absolutely professional. Jeff did a fantastic job and had all the outlets and microwave in the kitchen working within 15 minutes, even though he had to replace some electrical parts. Do not hesitate to call them--they do show up when they say they will!!!
